- StudentForce for Sustainability is a charity that recruits and trains recent graduates on paid placement and young people as volunteers. StudentForce provides them with a unique level of support to help them become more employable and learn about sustainability.
- Creative Choices
- This website is designed for anyone interested in a career in the creative or cultural sector. It has sections devoted to careers in literature, theatre, TV and heritage (amongst others) which contain job profiles, course guides and advice from leading professionals. The pages also give access to information about relevant networks and funding opportunities, and there are ‘quick guides’ to things such as preparing a successful pitch and getting the most out of a work placement.

- This is the UK’s official graduate careers website. There is a wealth of information and guidance on skills, work experience, job options, career areas and case studies. Go to http://www.prospects.ac.uk and register to use the Prospects Planner which allows you to produce tailored lists of job areas and receive updates on job or course opportunities. Alternatively, cllick on ‘Careers advice’ and then ‘Options with your subject’ to see what people say about English and the skills you can develop. Another section enables you to find postgrad courses and research opportunites by subject, region and mode of study.

- This website enables you to find work placement or internship opportunties and read reviews by those who have already experienced placements with particular organisations.

- The English student employability profile describes subject related and transferable skills that the study of English enables people to develop.
